Hi! I’m Jen, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach specializing in strength training for women 35 and older. I help women build and maintain muscle, feel empowered in their bodies, and create sustainable health habits that last a lifetime. My approach is evidence-based, practical, and size-inclusive. There are no gimmicks, shame, or diet rules here.

My Journey

I grew up as a multi-sport athlete, and my first job was teaching youth sports for the local recreation department. Helping others move, get stronger, and feel confident in their bodies has always been my passion.

In 2019, I earned my first personal training certification and founded Anchor Fit Club to create a space where women could embrace fitness and nutrition on their own terms. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping clients build strength, move with intention, and feel empowered both to improve overall health through person-centered coaching.

My Philosophy

I believe wellness is about more than just numbers on a scale or the “perfect” diet. Fitness does not have to follow the “no pain, no gain” approach. My coaching focuses on helping women build and maintain muscle, move with confidence, and improve function without relying on extreme workouts, shame, or unsustainable practices.

Strength Training

Building and maintaining muscle to support everyday life, protect against injury, enhance confidence, and improve overall function. Workouts are challenging but safe and sustainable.


Nutrition Coaching

Developing practical, individualized habits that fuel your body, boost energy, and support long-term health without rigid rules or restrictions.
