Anchor Fit Club is a personalized training program designed to help you achieve lasting strength and unshakeable self-confidence, regardless of your current fitness level or weight. We believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment where you can reach your goals through simple, sustainable fitness and nutrition practices that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

How Does Anchor Fit Club Work?

What Is Included With Anchor Fit Club?

There are three packages to choose from: 2, 4, or 8 sessions (1 hour long). Sessions are PER MONTH, not per week.  This gives you the flexibility to work around your schedule, family events, vacations, and illness.  We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule you do your best to give at least 24 hour notice. Sessions do not roll over into the next month. All packages include: 

  • Individual programming delivered through an easy-to-use app

  • 24/7 in-app messaging access

  • Video demos

  • Form checks

  • Weekly check-ins/reflection

  • Private community for connection and support with others

  • Monthly expert calls with guest speakers.

There is an initial MINIMUM 3-MONTH COMMITMENT, with a 14-day written (email is acceptable) cancellation notice.
