Progressive, year-long strength training program with intentional programming
Minimum 3-month commitment, then month-to-month
3–4 days per week of structured strength training under 60 minutes
Education integrated throughout the program, including:
Perimenopause and menopause physiology
Nutrition support for midlife and metabolic health
Sleep and stress management strategies
