The Strength Collective

Long-term strength, health, and education for women navigating perimenopause and beyond, delivered in a supportive group coaching format.

  • Progressive, year-long strength training program with intentional programming

  • Minimum 3-month commitment, then month-to-month

  • 3–4 days per week of structured strength training under 60 minutes

  • Education integrated throughout the program, including:

    • Perimenopause and menopause physiology

    • Nutrition support for midlife and metabolic health

    • Sleep and stress management strategies

    • GLP-1 medication support, including training, fueling, and recovery considerations

  • Bi-weekly group coaching calls through Google Meet (First call Thursday, February 5th)
