Hi there! I’m Jen, and I built the Anchor Fit Community to help you create a consistent movement routine that feels doable, flexible, and empowering. No all-or-nothing mindset. No pressure to be perfect. No diet culture.
If you’re easing back into fitness, working on staying consistent, or simply exploring new ways to move, you’re in the right place. I’ve been there too, and I know how powerful it is to find a rhythm that works for your life; not against it.
Community makes all the difference. Here, you don’t have to figure it out alone. You’ll be surrounded by others walking their own paths, cheering you on, and reminding you that every step counts.

1-on-1 Welcome Call
Schedule a free 1-on-1 fitness consultation to talk about your goals and learn how to get the most from your Anchor Fit membership. If you’re unsure where to start, I’ll help you choose the strength training or mobility program that best fits your lifestyle and fitness level.
Full On-Demand Workout Programs
Prefer structure? These on-demand workout programs are 4- to 8-week progressive strength and conditioning plans built for real-life schedules. Just press “Start Workout” and follow along from home or the gym. Every Anchor Fit program helps you stay consistent and see lasting results.
Pop-Up Coaching Hours & Coffee Talks
Join casual coaching calls and community chats for real-time feedback, questions, or connection. These drop-in sessions help you stay consistent with your workouts, learn from others, and get support from a certified trainer.
7-Day Welcome Week Program
Start strong with a flexible 7-day intro fitness program featuring guided breathing, mobility, and strength workouts you can do anytime. Rearrange the schedule to fit your week—it’s designed to help you ease into online training and get comfortable using the Anchor Fit app.
Private Community Space
Join a supportive women’s fitness community where you can ask questions, check in, and celebrate your wins. This private space helps you stay accountable, motivated, and inspired alongside others building strength and confidence.
Bonus Calls With Guest Speakers
Tune in for monthly guest expert sessions on women’s health, nutrition, and functional movement. You’ll gain practical tips you can apply right away. Past calls have covered menopause, intuitive eating, pain management, and pelvic floor health.
On-Demand Workout Collection
Pick from a wide range of on-demand workouts for every goal—conditioning, recovery, upper body, lower body, and total body strength. Use them to build your own custom calendar or fill in between programs with quick, effective workouts that fit your energy and schedule.

Already following a plan you love? Track it in the Anchor Fit app and stay connected to our online fitness community. Join guest expert sessions, share progress, and get support from others on similar strength and wellness journeys.
Direct Access to a Certified Trainer
Even without full 1-on-1 coaching, you’ll have access to a certified personal trainer for quick questions or guidance. Reach out in the community anytime for workout tips, form checks, or extra motivation to keep you moving forward.

Start the Welcome Week Program: Open the app and look for your Welcome Week sessions. Pick the ones that fit into your schedule; rearrange as needed. The goal is progress, not perfection.
Join the Conversation: Head into the community forum. Say hey, ask a question, or just lurk until you're ready to post. It’s a no-pressure, no-judgment zone.

No. Anchor Fit Community is a weight-neutral space focused on building strength, confidence, and consistency; without pressure to shrink your body.

Yes! You can follow one of the structured programs or track your own workouts right in the app. Either way, you’ll stay connected to the community and have access to support and expert resources.

While this membership doesn’t include 1-on-1 coaching, you do have access to me through the app and in the community space. You’ll also get monthly guest speaker calls and pop-up coffee chats for added support and connection.

Yes. If you’re looking for more personalized guidance, you can explore 1-on-1 options. Just reach out and we’ll figure out what’s best for you.

Yes, your membership will auto-renew each month starting from the day of your first payment, after your 7-day free trial. That way, you won’t lose access or have to worry about renewing manually. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date by heading to the Support Center in the app (look for the dumbbell icon). No hoops to jump through, just support when you need it.

You can cancel anytime in the Support Center of the app (look for the dumbbell icon). If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, your access will end immediately. If you’re on a paid membership, you’ll keep access through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are given, so be sure to cancel before your next renewal if needed.
