Hi there! I’m Jen, and I built the Anchor Fit Community to help you create a consistent movement routine that feels doable, flexible, and empowering. No all-or-nothing mindset. No pressure to be perfect. No diet culture.
If you’re easing back into fitness, working on staying consistent, or simply exploring new ways to move, you’re in the right place. I’ve been there too, and I know how powerful it is to find a rhythm that works for your life; not against it.
Community makes all the difference. Here, you don’t have to figure it out alone. You’ll be surrounded by others walking their own paths, cheering you on, and reminding you that every step counts.

1-on-1 Welcome Call
Schedule a free welcome call with me to get oriented, talk about your goals, and explore the best way to make the most of your membership. If you’re looking for a place to start, I’ll help you choose the studio program that best fits your needs.
7-Day Welcome Week Program
A flexible intro program with breathing, mobility, strength, and core sessions. Choose what fits your week and rearrange the days as needed—it's designed to help you ease in and get comfortable with the app.
Full On-Demand Workout Programs
Prefer a more structured approach? Studio Programs are full progressive strength and conditioning plans ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. These programs are built with purpose and progression, so all you need to do is show up and press ‘start workout’. You can start or pause a program anytime. It’s all designed to work with your life, not against it.
On-Demand Workout Collection
Choose from a wide variety of individual workouts based on what you need that day; conditioning, recovery, upper/lower/total body strength. These sessions are designed to be flexible and can be used to build your own movement calendar or simply pick what fits your schedule and energy.
Bring Your Own Workout
Already following a plan you love? You can still track it in the app and stay plugged into everything the Anchor Fit Community offers. Join our guest speaker sessions, check in with others on a similar journey, and reach out to me anytime for support or guidance.

Casual, drop-in style calls where you can ask questions, get support, or just connect with others in the community.

Experts in movement, mindset, nutrition, and more. These monthly sessions are designed to give you practical tools you can use in real life. Past topics have included menopause, pain management, intuitive eating, and pelvic floor health.
Direct Access to a Certifed Trainer

Yes! You can follow one of the structured programs or track your own workouts right in the app. Either way, you’ll stay connected to the community and have access to support and expert resources.

While this membership doesn’t include 1-on-1 coaching, you do have access to me through the app and in the community space. You’ll also get monthly guest speaker calls and pop-up coffee chats for added support and connection.

Yes, your membership will auto-renew each month starting from the day of your first payment, after your 7-day free trial. That way, you won’t lose access or have to worry about renewing manually. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date by heading to the Support Center in the app (look for the dumbbell icon). No hoops to jump through, just support when you need it.

You can cancel anytime in the Support Center of the app (look for the dumbbell icon). If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, your access will end immediately. If you’re on a paid membership, you’ll keep access through the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are given, so be sure to cancel before your next renewal if needed.
