60-minute initial call and assessment to get to know you, meet you where you are at, and work together to create a plan to get you where you want to go (in addition to your first 4 sessions)

Monthly expert calls with guest speakers.
How the Anchor Fit Club Personal Training Membership packages work:
Your package includes (4) 60-minute one-on-one sessions that can be done in-person, virtual, or a combination of the two. Sessions are PER MONTH, not per week. This gives you the flexibility to work around your schedule, family events, vacations, and illness. We just ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule you do your best to give at least 24 hour notice. Sessions do not roll over into the next month - $357/month
Also note: there is an initial 3-month commitment with a 14-day written (email not a DM) notice.
