Anchor Fit Nutrition Coaching focuses on creating a healthy relationship with food, addition instead of restriction, education, and gentle nutrition, with a foundation based on your individual needs.  We reject diet culture, food hierarchies, and understand that all foods can fit in a well-balanced, healthful diet (not the same thing as being on a restrictive diet). The goal is to help you build realistic, flexible nutrition habits that you can maintain for life, not just follow for a “quick fix”, short-term outcome.
