Anchor Nutrition Coaching focuses on creating a healthy relationship with food, addition instead of subtraction, education, and gentle nutrition, with a foundation based on Intuitive Eating.  We reject diet culture, and food hierarchies, and understand that all foods can fit in a well-balanced, healthful diet (not the same thing as being on a diet).
