What is Anchor Fit Club?

Anchor Fit Club is an online strength training and coaching program. It is a hybrid group and personal training program. What does that mean exactly? While the 12-month progressive strength training program is already written, I don't just give that to you and leave you on your own. Keep reading below.

How Does Anchor Fit Club Work?

Anchor Fit Club is a 12-month progressive strength training program that includes a base of three total body strength training sessions and one conditioning session per week

With new workouts every 4-6 weeks, using the concept of progressive overload. This means that small pieces of the programming are changed to continue to challenge you as you practice the foundational movement patterns and increase strength.

You also have access to an on-demand library of workouts that include more strength options (lower/upper splits), mobility, active recovery, dynamic warm-ups, workouts based on time, and more!

What Is Included With Anchor Fit Club?

  • New workouts are released every 4 - 6 weeks.

  • (2) 30-minute 1:1 coaching calls every month available to you.

  • Video & Coaching feedback from me.

  • Private group to connect with other Anchor Fit Club members.

  • Messaging access to me 24/7 (messages after 7 pm PST may not be answered until the following day).

  • Bi-weekly small group call, variety of topics.

  • Calls with expert guest speakers (larger Anchor Fit Community)

  • Pop-up open coaching hours throughout the month.

  • Resources - recipes, workbooks, meal planning, training journals, eBooks, and more!
